Class: Love Like You’ve Never Been Hurt
Teacher: Jason Elliott
Location: Room 1
Age Group: Adults
Time: Sunday Morning 9 – 10 a.m.

Join Brother Jason as he teaches about how to develop a healthy ‘Kingdom’ mindset so you can live your life with heaven’s perspective.  He’ll deal with how to develop effective relationships and properly deal with conflict and confrontation.

Culture of honor is all about understanding our identity, value, and unique giftedness and being able to love one another effectively.  Sometimes disunity is caused by patterns that we repeat in our relationships and, when uncorrected, can lead to a downward spiral in our personal, professional, and spiritual life.  The more we can express honor in people who are uniquely gifted and different than ourselves – and learn how to receive them in our life – the more we can experience the fullness of the Holy Spirit!

He’ll present a refreshing view of the five-fold ministry, supernatural culture, and Kingdom leadership.  You’ll be able to apply these practical yet supernaturally charged principles to relationships in your family, workplace, community, ministry, and church.  Are you ready to transform how you view the world?

Class: You’ve Already Got It!       Women’s Class
Teacher: Shelley Mason and Patti Mont
Location: Room 5
Age Group: Adults
Time: Sunday Morning 9 – 10 a.m.

In this class you’ll learn to start acknowledging the good things that the Word says are in you, and your faith will become much more effective. You’ll start seeing things manifest in your life.  You don’t need God to respond to you; you need to learn to respond to God!

Most Christians live in a constant state of trying to get God to do something. They’re begging God to move through healing, prosperity, revival, but they’ve already got it.  It’s as if God were saying “Why do they ask Me to come into their services when I said I would always be in the midst of two or three of them? Why do they ask Me to go with them when I said I would never leave them or forsake them?”

There is more than just our soulish, emotional realm. There is a spirit on the inside of us, and there is a spiritual realm where God has already done His part. If we don’t relate to it properly, we’ll be hit-and-miss in the Christian life.  It’s not a matter of trying to get God to move in your life; it’s a matter of you moving into agreement with Him and receiving what He has already provided!
Class: Students of the Word
Teachers: Virginia Davis and Allen Thuma
Age Group: 12-18
Time: Sunday Morning 9 – 10 a.m.
Ongoing class – no signup required
  • 2nd Timothy 2:15 teaches us to ‘study to show ourselves approved unto God’. We are called to be students of God’s Word.
  • As teenagers, you’ve learned what it means to be a student. In middle school and high school you’re learning what it takes to succeed. Things like studying, doing homework, and taking tests are required for you to be a successful student.
  • What does it take to be a successful Christian in the most defining stage of your life? We want young people to be successful students at school, but it is also critically important that they become students of the Word of God, and become doers of the Word!
  • We often discuss the importance of prayer and devoting ourselves to the study and application of God’s Word. It is our desire to equip the next generation with the ability to utilize the power and authority of the Word of God.

Short-term classes (6-10 weeks) that require sign-up:

Class: Spiritual Basics for the Abundant Life
Teacher: Jeff Richards
Location: Room 2
Age Group: Adults
Time: Sunday Morning 9 – 10 a.m.
This is a short-term class:

This class focuses on how to develop your relationship with Christ by walking in the Spirit. If we can deepen our day-by-day connection with God, we can begin to experience the abundant life that Jesus promised! He said “I am come that they might have life, and have it more abundantly”. In roughly 6 to 8 weeks we’ll cover things like:

  • How to develop your relationship with God / Putting God first
  • Qualifications for eternal life
  • How to talk to God / Conditions to answered prayer
  • How does God talk to me? What does the Word do in our lives?
  • How to be filled with the Holy Spirit
  • How to serve God and witness / Seeking God’s Plan for your life

During the first class you will receive you own multi-page handout that shows everything that we will cover, along with scripture references and questions. If you are motivated and want to dig into the Word, you can work ahead and prepare for upcoming classes. If not, you can feel free to just follow along as we cover many different scriptures that will help you to become a ‘doer of the Word’!

We’ve had lots of seasoned / mature Christians who loved this class, as well as many new converts. We will begin the class as soon as we have enough people signed up (at least 6 – 8). You can expect a casual setting geared toward group discussion and interaction. You will be contacted to let you know when the class will begin.
