Who wrote the Bible?  How was it handed down to us over the centuries of time?  Is it reliable or is it filled with contradictions?  Is it a supernatural book?  Will it really help me if I read it?  Does it have answers for the problems I face in everyday life?

We’ll discuss these questions and much more.  Join brother Nick Damigo at 9:00 a.m. Sunday mornings as we reveal the incredible gift of God’s word!  This class will last for around 7 weeks.

Location: Room 1
Age Group: Adults
Time: Sunday Morning 9 – 10 a.m.

In Matthew 10:8 Jesus sent his disciples out and commanded them to heal the sick.  You may be thinking ‘That’s easier said than done!’.  But did you know that many times those who see great results in the area of healing while praying for others often experience no results in the beginning?

What if you could sit down and ask them some pointed questions like: “When did things change for you?”, or “Are there things you would do differently starting out”?  If that’s you, then join Brother Jason in this exciting new class on Healing.

He’ll cover areas such as: understanding your authority to pray for the sick, what gets in the way of our faith, how to walk this out in your everyday life, the many ways the Holy Spirit uses word of knowledge to create faith for results, and so much more.  You’ll encounter Jesus’ compassionate heart and learn about His matchless power over every sickness and disease.

Time: Sunday Morning 9 – 10 a.m.

  • 2nd Timothy 2:15 teaches us to ‘study to show ourselves approved unto God’. We are called to be students of God’s Word.
  • As teenagers, you’ve learned what it means to be a student. In middle school and high school you’re learning what it takes to succeed. Things like studying, doing homework, and taking tests are required for you to be a successful student.
  • What does it take to be a successful Christian in the most defining stage of your life? We want young people to be successful students at school, but it is also critically important that they become students of the Word of God, and become doers of the Word!
  • We often discuss the importance of prayer and devoting ourselves to the study and application of God’s Word. It is our desire to equip the next generation with the ability to utilize the power and authority of the Word of God.

Short-term classes (6-10 weeks) that require sign-up:

Class: Spiritual Basics for the Abundant Life
Teacher: Jeff Richards
Location: Room 2
Age Group: Adults
Time: Sunday Morning 9 – 10 a.m.
This is a short-term class:

This class focuses on how to develop your relationship with Christ by walking in the Spirit. If we can deepen our day-by-day connection with God, we can begin to experience the abundant life that Jesus promised! He said “I am come that they might have life, and have it more abundantly”. In roughly 6 to 8 weeks we’ll cover things like:

  • How to develop your relationship with God / Putting God first
  • Qualifications for eternal life
  • How to talk to God / Conditions to answered prayer
  • How does God talk to me? What does the Word do in our lives?
  • How to be filled with the Holy Spirit
  • How to serve God and witness / Seeking God’s Plan for your life

During the first class you will receive you own multi-page handout that shows everything that we will cover, along with scripture references and questions. If you are motivated and want to dig into the Word, you can work ahead and prepare for upcoming classes. If not, you can feel free to just follow along as we cover many different scriptures that will help you to become a ‘doer of the Word’!

We’ve had lots of seasoned / mature Christians who loved this class, as well as many new converts. We will begin the class as soon as we have enough people signed up (at least 6 – 8). You can expect a casual setting geared toward group discussion and interaction. You will be contacted to let you know when the class will begin.
